PowerShell Jim Christophers Series on Automation Framework

,
While poking around for some answers to autogenerating cmdlets from .NET objects PowerShell MVP Jim Christopher linked to one of the articles in a series he wrote about developing an automation framework. After I backtracked and had a chance to read the whole series I thought it was important to bookmark these posts for anyone looking at building Frameworks in PowerShell:

  • Automation Framework pt 0: Vision
  • Automation Framework pt 1: Napkin Design
  • Automation Framework pt 2: End-to-End Example
  • Automation Framework pt 3: Command Composites and Chains
  • Automation Framework pt 4: Sharing State in Commands
  • Automation Framework pt 5: Hiding Complexty in a Fluent Interface
  • Automation Framework pt 6: PowerShell Integration for Free
